In the Guild 2 Renaissance, you can build any building at the start for your class which gives you more choices except for expensive buildings like mine, woodcutter, etc. For example, I can become a farmer than become a rogue than a craftsman than a herbalist or any order.

You can even have all the classes' building, but there are building limits depending on your class. After that, you can use money to choose to unlock any classes.

In The Guild 3, you get to choose to start out with any class. In the Guild 2 Renaissance, you are limited to only two classes, one for your beginning character and another for your beginning character's spouse. Now, thanks to the help of another developer studio, most of the bugs and glitches are fixed, making The Guild 3 more playable. The Guild 3 was very buggy and have a lot of glitches in the past.

I've bought The Guild 2 Renaissance for 1 dollar while 20 dollars for The Guild 3 (on discount). I've played The Guild 2 Renaissance more than The Guild 3.
